Ms. Liu has extensive professional experience, both as in-house counsel and in private practice. Before joining the firm, Ms. Liu was formerly associated with an international law firm's Taipei office and served as legal VP and DPO of a global mobile communications and VR company, General Counsel of a leading Taiwan petroleum corporation, and Senior Director of a leading technology corporation in the panel industry. Ms. Liu’s areas of focus include capital markets, antitrust & competition, mergers & acquisitions, corporate law, labor law, and privacy and data protection. Ms. Liu received her LLM from the University of Bristol Law School in Bristol, England.
