Mr. Lee has nearly 30 years of extensive experience in telecommunications, media and technology (“TMT”), joint ventures, corporate, privacy and M & A practices. Mr. Lee currently leads the firm’s TMT team, as well as its M & A practice. Being known as one of the few experienced TMT counsels in Taiwan, the TMT team that Mr. Lee leads at the firm is one of the most active TMT legal teams in Taiwan. Mr. Lee has represented the world's top telecommunication companies and Internet service providers for regulatory and transaction matters in Taiwan. Mr. Lee has also advised various cross-border companies and private equity firms for some of the largest M & A deals in Taiwan during the last couple years, and has been advising various cross-border companies on a broad range of corporate, privacy and other transaction matters in Taiwan.
