Charles Hwang specializes in banking and security, construction, real property, antitrust and competition law, intellectual property law, labor dispute, commercial and civil litigation and government procuring. With extensive experience in the financial and construction sectors in Taiwan, and having served as a legal counsel for major banks and insurance companies in Taiwan, as well as Federation of the Real Estate Investment Association of the R.O.C. Mr. Hwang's experience in litigation and arbitration is also well recognized in the community as he serves as a notary public of Panchiao District Court. Mr. Hwang currently leads the litigation practices in Yangming Partners. Mr. Hwang is a member of Taiwan Law Society, Arbitration Association of the R.O.C., the Arbitration Association of Construction Dispute. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Hwang is also an active member of the Rotary Club of Taipei Golden Eagle and the Chinese Professional Management Association.Mr. Huang is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, and English.
